DESCRIPTION:The Sensational Alex Harvey Band- Framed. 1ST UK press with small swirl label, 1Y1/2Y1 matrix, die cut gatefold sleeve and swirl inner dated 1/71.  Postage cost includes insurance and top quality packaging. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 081. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1972: COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK. CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G/VG. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen, some hairlines and some feelable thin surface lines. Played all of this a couple of times in last fortnight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Sounds around VG generally . Plays through without jumps, skips or sticks. Music is prominent and loud throughout. Its a great LP too. The quieter passages of the first two tracks on side A have some ticks. It sounds really good after that. Side B also has some repetitive ticks in the quieter passages but again plays through fine and its still a good listen.  Original sleeve is in better than average shape, a decent VG. It is firm and square and has moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and only light creasing.  Inside of gate fold is really clean. No damage or nicks to die-cut panel. It has a small sticker on the front sleeve next to the Vertigo logo that was removed by the previous owner then stuck back on. It has a small sticker removal mark underneath it on the sleeve logo. Personally i would have stuck it back down fully if i was keeping this. Its a 70s record shop sticker and to me looks a bit better than having a removal mark, even if its really small.. Anyway, ill leave that up to you.   Swirl inner bag is in decent condition. It has the poly still attached, no splits, no writing and no tears around the centre hole. Moderate yellowing and creasing. Very clean labels- check out the photos.  Check out the photos. No writing anywhere.  PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER SWIRLS/ SABBATH/KRAUT/PSYCH/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
