Up for
auction is a copy of Timber! b/w Take Hold Of That Star by The Bee Gees,
released in 1963 on Leedon, cat no LK 412. The second ever single release from
the Brothers Gibb, issued in Australia (only) in minuscule quantities, and a
very rare record.
Condition: some light marks on the vinyl surfaces, and a slight edge warp, which plays
through with a low-level click for the first 3-4 revolutions, tracking at 1.8g.
Aside from that, it sounds great. VG+.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence! Any questions? Need any more photos or an audio sample? I'm only an email away.
Payment: UK- cheques (preferred) or Paypal. Rest Of World- Paypal. Email for other accepted methods of payment. Shipping: £2.50 (UK 1st class), £3.50 (UK recorded), £5 (Europe) £6.50 (rest of world-airmail). Check my other auctions; combine orders & save on shipping costs!
