PHILIPS LABEL 1969 FIRST UK STEREO PRESSING WITH MATT GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION AND PLAYS WITH EXCELLENT AUDIO.

Released in 1969, This is an original 1st UK STEREO pressing on the PHILIPS label of this hard to find fourth album by SCOTT WALKER under the name of SCOTT ENGEL which is simply titled "SCOTT 4 ". The vinyl overall is clean and plays through with excellent audio. The album contains some great tracks including BOY CHILD & ANGELS AND ASHES.

The album comes complete with its original matt gatefold sleeve. This is reasonably clean, it has no stickers or unwanted writing etc but shows wear and and ring wear.

The rarest of all Scotts albums.

 

 

 

   

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually is near excellent. I have just played it through and can state that it plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc. 

The SLEEVE, The matt gatefold sleeve is reasonably clean but shows ring wear and edge wear otherwise no stickers or unwanted writing etc.  

The LABELS, The labels are clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original inner sleeve is reasonably clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
