It comes in a Garrod & Lofthouse laminated flip back cover.
The catalogue number is T12895-1/T228951 -1 matrix numbers.
The disc is in VG condition, it has a some superficial storage marks. It has been professionally MOTH cleaned.
The cover is in VG condition, it is a decent cover with just some lightish age related wear.
