DESCRIPTION:  John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band LP. 1st UK press with machine stamped matrix ending YEX 827-1U /YEX 828-1U,  fully laminated sleeve and printed inner sleeve. Postage cost includes tracking and a box/cruciform mailer.LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Apple PCS 7124: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX.  Vinyl is really clean with a nice dark sheen. Little sign, if any,  that this has been played. Played brief passages of this today on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays Excellent and better.  Music is clear, clean and loud throughout. Cover is in very clean shape.  It is firm and square and has minimal edgewear, minimal corner wear and minimal creasing. It has a couple of light ripples at bottom of sleeve that prevent NM grade for sleeve. Inner is has light wear only, no splits and light rippling. Really clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER BEATLES/RELATED/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 40-50 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
