Gradings: I grade my records and sleevesusing the Record Collectors Grading System but please mouse over the images in the uploaded photos to help establish your own idea of the item condition.
I am a collector and occasional seller of used ‘60’s and ‘70’s vinyl, which I have purchased from a variety of sources. Very rarely do I purchase a record that sits perfectly flat on the platter and there is almost always a degree of movement on the tone arm when the record is being played. Therefore, please bear in mind when considering placing a bid on any of my records that due to age and storage, some degree of warping is almost inevitable. However, please be assured that I will never list a record for sale where the edge warping is so excessive as to affect the normal playing of the record.
Vinyl:(Aural): VG+: The first 25 seconds of track 1, side 1 is affected by a series of audible pops and clicks. Apart from that, both sides of the record play perfectly with no other issues.
Vinyl:(Visual): VG-: There a quite a number of light surface marks on both sides of the vinyl but almost all are the result of forty odd years of sleeve removal and there are no deep scratches.
Labels:Ex: Both labels are in really good, clean condition, with some very slight spidering.
Sleeve:VG: The sleeve is in very good condition generally, with slight bumps to the corners. The ‘pinched’ spine is in excellent condition and the title text is clearly visible. There are slight ring marks and a couple of small stains but overall the sleeve is very clean.
Innersleeve: Ex: The original cardboard inner - with the four cutaway corners - is completely intact apart from a 50mm split on one side seam.
Records will be dispatched, well packed in custom mailers, within three working days of receiving payment. Due to being stung by non-delivery claims in the past I now ship all LPs via RoyalMail 2nd class signed for as standard, although I will ship up to four LPs for the same cost as one. If purchasing more than one record, please contact me for a revised invoice before making payment.
Collection in person always welcome for local bidders, in which case payment will be by cash on collection.
Customer satisfaction is important to me so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if there is a problem with your order. I will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
