Lot of 110+
Modern Soul, Boogie, R&B, Dance, Disco type 45's. These will date from
the mid 1970's up into the 1980's. Most are in some type of sleeve
(sleeves may be falling apart). Condition varies. Most will be
VG and better (lots of VG+ and better records in this lot). There
are about 30 or so that would grade in the G to VG- range. ALL
need a good cleaning as most are dusty from being in storage for many
years. Some are dirty and a need a good washing. Some will have a
storage film on them that also needs washing off.
