We follow the Ebay Returns policy, and offer 30 day's to return your item if you are not satisfied in some way. (Excluding misuse of the item or damaged item).

In the case of a damaged item being delivered, we will require some photos of the damage to the item and the packaging (or preferably a video). In this case can you contact us immediately so we can offer a solution. A full refund or replacement will be guaranteed.
