I call it NM+ to M- or A-                 Gatefold Sleeve front and back side is straight / bright, overall is B+ to A- ,  i only gave it as EX+ to NM  because left corner had minor bump and right upper sleeve minor split (you can see it from the picture 7 & 8) others are very good even it is from 1972.......
