Returns & Processing Time for Refunds:

We happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt of product(s) for a full refund,

as long as the product(s) is in the same condition, as when it was delivered to you.  

Prior to returning an item, please send us a message with detailed information, regarding your concerns/issue(s).  

Our team will reply within 24-hours with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

New products that have been opened, will not be accepted for refund/return.  Pre-Owned products can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, as long as we are contacted within the 30 day time frame.   If we do not hear from you within 30 days, the return will not be accepted.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
