First Pressing with VAN GELDER, STEREO and EAR (plastylite "P") Stamps in the dead wax !!!

"New York USA" address on labels.

Back cover bears the 43 W 61st address. 

Complete with Original Blue Note Records Inner Sleeve !!!

Sleeve is in Excellent Condition (has a tax code stamp on the back, see pic).

Vinyl is in VG++ Condition.
