The record cover looks to be in good shape with a few creases along the bottom edge. The booklet is intact and still attached at the top by adhesive but has come loose at the bottom edge at the binding. The inner sleeve is in real good shape with a wear mark center of the right side. Other edges look good with no tears all the way through. Record is in good condition with only a few minor light surface scratches on side one and side two looks to be in good shape. Ad for the Agapeland series page is in good shape with very minor browning spot here or there. The record is untested by me.
