Scarce and collectible single by superb vocal group The Emotions. Expertly remastered and issued on audiophile vinyl, this 45 was carefully selected to spotlight the "2nd era" at Stax Records. From 1968 to 1974, a staggering stack of superlative sound was waxed at the small studio in Memphis, but soul aficionados couldn't find the 45s issued by these legendary artists...until now.
This UNPLAYED MINT GEM 45 is from the Never To Be Forgotten box set of ten singles issued in 2012. Even this reissue is rare...only 4000 sets were released worldwide! The 45 faithfully reproduces the original labels, and the recording is superbly remastered to give you the Stax sound as you've never heard it. It's housed in a heavy-duty cardboard sleeve that duplicates the original design with twice the protection.You don't often see the individual singles from this set for sale at any price.
