Job lot collection of 4 X ELVIS PRESLEY Vinyl LP’s..

A mixture of studio & soundtracks spanning the ages. These have not been play tested as I usually do just inspected under the lamp and checked for warps etc. Descriptions below and I’d say this is a good selection of sought after Elvis LP’s on the whole.

1: ELVIS - HIS HAND IN MINE

1961 RCA Records U.K. Press Mono.

RCA large silver spot on label, round cut outs on rear flip back, front laminated sleeve with clarifoil & printed in England by St James Press. Recording first published 1960 but not released in the U.K. until 1961. U.S. Cat on front sleeve in brackets. ET tax code on run out. 5th studio album.

Side A: his hand in mine / I’m gonna walk dem golden stairs / in my fathers house / Milky Way white / known only to him / I believe in the man in the sky

Side B: Joshua fit the battle / Jesus knows what I need / swing down sweet chariot / mansion over the hilltop / if we never meet again / working on the building

Sturdy early 1960’s Vinyl has a good sheen still and no warp. There is some marks under the lamp and several surface more to B than A there is nothing feel able throughout and considering it’s age and what happened to many of these early vinyl it is in good shape really. Labels are clean and complete with no stickers or writing, light spindle wear to the centres. Poly lined vintage inner sleeve with age related yellowing. Front laminated flip back sleeve has no splits or stickers, faint number 32/2 on top rear flip back. Almost no spine as wraparound very thin but title is fully readable. There is some laminate scuffs and age related light yellowing to the white parts of the sleeve but again considering its considerable age this sleeve has survived pretty well.

9th soundtrack album originally released in 1964 this is an RCA Victor reissue from 1977 U.K. press.

Vinyl still has a good sheen, no warp. Clusters of light hairlines and some light surface under the lamp, nothing near feel able not bad shape overall. Labels are clean and complete with no stickers or writing, minimal spindle wear to the centres. Poly lined inner sleeve with taped edges. Outer sleeve has no writing, sticker removal mark to the front right top corner and a price sticker to the rear bottom right hand sleeve. Readable thin spine, small split formed top seam not taped, ring wear and light surface creases.

Vinyl has been looked after and still has a nice sheen just some very fine hairlines in a cluster under the lamp otherwise in decent shape. Labels are clean and complete with no stickers or writing, no spindle wear to the centres. Plain white inner sleeve. Outer sleeve has no splits, stickers or writing. Readable thin spine with signs of wear with some further wear along the edges and light scuffs to the corners. Sticker removal mark to the corners. Some surface marks and surface creases but not bad overall.

Originally released in 1960 being the 4th studio album this is a later RCA international press with barcode sleeve.

Vinyl has a decent sheen, no warp. Clusters of light hairlines, light spindle wear and light surface under the lamp nothing near feel able. Labels are clean and complete with no stickers or writing, light spindle wear to the centres. Plain white inner sleeve. Outer sleeve has no splits or writing. Sticker removal mark to the front sleeve and a price sticker to the rear bottom right hand sleeve. Readable thin spine. Light scuffs and surface marks.

So there you have it a classic selection of 4 x Elvis Presley vinyl LP’s.

As stated these have not been play tested as I normally do just checked for warps and visually inspected under the lamp. I would say this is a pretty good selection with some collectable items however allow for any snap, crackle and pop across the range. Offered up as a bargain job lot low start U.K. auction and sold as seen and described on this lot.
