Extremely rare 7" demo. The band's one and only recording as far as I can tell. After a thorough internet search I can find only one mention of the band. If it wasn't for 'The Ambassadors' handwritten on the sleeve (in what looks like the same pen and similar style to the writing on the labels, a good lead I thought) I doubt I'd have been able to find any info at all.
The webpage below includes a brief bio of the band and mention of them making this demo. So a 60s band from Wombourne, South Staffordshire called The Ambassadors who produced a demo at H&T studios, Handsworth, Birmingham (approx 12 miles away) Also, mention of an organ player... the music features an organ. Has to be it!   http://www.historywebsite.co.uk/articles/InBetweenTimes/Page9.htm
There is no mention of this record at the usual places and is not included on lists of Hollick & Taylor releases and recordings Matrix/runout HT 1036 A/B
There can't have been many of these pressed and very few would have survived this long... perhaps now this is the only copy
The record plays very well on both sides (although it does have light surface marks - nothing serious at all though) Short samples below (forgive my first attempt at recording and adding a player) I think the b-side is great!
Will be packaged very well and sent tracked delivery
