Delivery 

We cannot send your item to an alternate address once payment is made. Any requests will result in the cancellation of the transaction. 

Returns and Refunds 

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via PayPal to the original account used, within 2 working days.
