Sleeve is only in Good Condition (top seam is split apart and there is clear tape along other seams + it has a sticker mark on the front, see pics).
Vinyl is only in Good Condition (both sides have numerous light surface marks but it plays fine + it has pen marks on Side 2 label, see pics).
