This iconic stereo album was originally released in 1973 on the EMI HARVEST label (UK).

This version is the 1987 re-issue, again on the EMI Harvest label and keeping the original reference number of SHVL 804

The matrix detail on Side One is: SHVL 804  A - 11   HTM

The matrix detail on Side Two is: SHVL  804  B - 11C - 1 - 3  - 4

NM/NM

We always strictly grade our records using the Record Collector Standard (Side A graded first))

DISC: The disc is bright, clean and glossy.  To the naked eye and using a bright light (180 Lumens) there are absolutely no visible marks to the playing area of the disc and no spindle marks to the label.

I have played both sides of this disc and consider it to be a faultless example of a superb album. 

COVER:  The laminated cover is clean with just a few creases and can be considered a very good example.

It appears that a previous owner has coloured in black a small (approx 1") split to the top edge - however it is barely noticeable.

I grade the cover as EX.

INNERS:  The disc is supplied with the original (dated 11/87) plain white DRG inner sleeve that is in immaculate condition.

This listing is supplied with just the one (pink coloured) 'PINK FLOYD' poster and one postcard size sticker (displayed in the photographs).

 'PINK FLOYD' were an English psychedelic rock band that formed during 1965.   'DARK SIDE OF THE MOON' was their eighth studio album, it was released in 1st March 1973.

David Gilmour - Lead Guitar, Vocals

Roger Waters - Bass Guitar

Nick Mason - Drums

By the time this album was released founder member Syd Barrett no longer featured.

M - Mint - In perfect/As new condition

EX - Excellent - Sleeve and vinyl is used and shows only very minor (if any) signs of wear.

VG - Very Good  - Sleeve will have obvious signs of wear/damage. Vinyl will have obvious signs of wear but will play with no major faults (although there may be some surface noise).

G - Good - Sleeve will have significant wear/damage. Vinyl will have a fair amount of surface damage however it will play with no sticks or jumps but will have significant surface noise

F - Fair - Sleeve will be badly damaged. Vinyl will have significant damage and may play with surface noise and may jump/stick etc.

+ & - may be used if an item is between standard gradings.
