Description: Here's are LP/Record/Vinyl/Album from the music band/artist "Parliament". This is an album titled "Funkentelechy Vs the Placebo Syndrome" from Casablanca Records. #NBLP 7084. Copyright is 1977. It comes with the cover, Comic Book (looks new), Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk poster (looks new), and album. There is wear on the cardboard cover/back and unfortunately there is an actual hole in the record itself. I circled it one picture. This has been used before. I don't know how to grade albums. I got it in a storage auction, and it is used and untested.
