Has 2 Kiss Army inserts and original inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is seam split down one side and a bit at bottom (I will include an additional generic inner to hold the vinyl). See photo 3 for back cover damage. Vinyl plays well. Some crackle, but not distracting or persistent. Some scruffs/scratches visible without affecting playback.
