**Yes, we tried our best to pack it well for delivery but some situations we cannot control……for example: how is the post office/delivery company processing from here to your location or the new item in the original packing (even you bought the item from shop or internet, we never know the real status under/inside the shrink because it was sealed), we only trust the product is up to standard or guaranteed when it comes out from factory......Many reasons should make the item/package get troubles but no worry about it, if any problems or defects after you received it, please contact me first!
