Canada Post has implemented ridiculous fuel surcharges on domestic shipments (within Canada) and has increased existing charges for international shipments. Naturally, these charges do not adequately reflect actual fuel prices. But it is an opportunity for a large corporation to increase their revenues at your expense.

Vinyl: VG+ (Some light scuffs prevent a NM or EX grade. Play-test was flawless.)
Cover: VG+ (Quite nice, with only minor creases/edge/corner wear.)
