It's Been A Long, Long Time / Autumn Serenade

Columbia Records # 36838

here's a FULLY PLAY TESTED original shellac 78rpm record from circa 1945 that's been cleaned and still has a good deal of shine to it with some light visual wear but nothing severe (no chips, cracks or really deep scratches and is in V+ condition according to VJM grading.

it plays and sounds very good for an old 78 with no skips, repeats or serious issues, but does play with some crackle, pops, tics & typical shellac 'static'. the music is still fairly nice and clear.

labels display well and have no stickers or writing.  side A label is in fantastic shape but side B label does have some visible spindle marks.  visually we would grade this as VG if graded like we grade LPs but in shellac standards, it's a fairly nice copy that plays well.

comes with what's likely its orig'l Columbia company sleeve, which is in fairly nice shape but has some small tears on its inside edges
