I only rate vinyl mint on here if it's sealed.
You won't get much closer to mint than this. It's ex shop stock and even under very bright light I can't see any marks or scratches anywhere.

The sleeve has a crease on the left bottom corner.
I listen to the vinyl on Technics 1210s with diamond tipped Stanton stylus and only handle it with pure cotton gloves.
