The Beatles – Please Please Me, 1963 (red label) 7” Parlophone R 4983. This is a very nice example of the earliest pressing of Please Please Me / Ask Me Why by The Beatles. It was released on the Parlophone label in 1963 – R 4983 – and is in lovely shiny EX+ condition. Each side has the earliest 1G / 1G stamper numbers. (Both read MPT 1 at the nine o’clock position and have the single letter G at the three ‘clock position). Both labels are free from writing, stickers, grazes, grubby marks etc. The record is in an original Parlophone company cover.
