The Ruts - Babylons Burning 7" from 1979. Disc in VG condition with light scratches but not too bad. Sleeve has wear to opening edge. Front cover is signed by Segs - see picture - I've had this copy for about 12 years but I'm not too bothered about signed items so happy to just keep a clean regular copy.
