This is an original 45 by THE TEMPTATIONS with the songs BEAUTY IS ONLY SKIN DEEP and YOU'RE NOT AN ORDINARY GIRL from 1966. The 45 comes in a Picture Sleeve that has a tiny drill hole thru it (see scan) and the record is in MINT MINUS condition, but also has the tiny drill hole thru the label.
