This is an original 45 from my personal collection by Argosy called "Imagine" b/w "Mr. Boyd" on Congress Records C-6013 from 1969. "Imagine" plays nice NM Mr. Boyd plays M-. Studio recording before Roger formed Supertramp and before Elton went on to solo success. This is from 1969 with Roger Hodgson, Elton John, Caleb Quaye and Nigel Olsson. Both songs were written by Roger. The vocals on "Mr. Boyd" sound like what was to come in the not too distant future from Roger. Nigel and Caleb would go on to be members of Elton's band during his huge success in the seventies
