(CELEBRATING 24 YEARS ON eBay!)  The record is **SEALED**MINT**. Nice cover is in excellent condition. As you can see, some of the shrink has torn away from the cover, but he cover shows light wear, light corner/edge wear.The back of the cover shows a little spotting , but nothing serious. Very nice indeed. No returns if returned opened. Comes with a clear, outer sleeve as well.
