CUSTOMER UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2022
For the past 2 years GG_Supersounds has been listing records that in the main are in Mint or very close to it condition. We continue to track down and list the very best records that we are able to for our ever growing customer base For those that have been with us over that period of time will know that there are two business partners listing on the site. One from Horsham and the other from Bognor Regis From time to time this has been confusing for our customers as there often 2 invoices to pay where purchases are made from different locations by one customer To rectify this we have decided that the Horsham location will continue to list on GG_Supersounds, whilst the Bognor Regis location will now list on GG-Superstuff.
IT WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE TO BUY FROM BOTH LOCATIONS AND HAVE COMBINED SHIPPING, BUT THIS WILL BE RELIANT OF THE TWO OF US MEETING UP, AND WILL THEREFORE USUALLY TAKE MORE TIME, BUT IT IS DO-ABLE
Nothing Else Changes - Still the same superb selection of the best records will be available
FULLY TEST PLAYED AND RECORDED PRIOR TO LISTING SO YOU CAN HEAR IT BEFORE BIDDING

1963 1ST YELLOW AND BLACK PRESS IN 'STEREO'
THE PRESSING WITHOUT 'RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED'
NEAR MINT / EX+ AUDIO
SLEEVE HAS ONLY A COUPLE OF SMALL FLAWS
THE RECORDS
THE LABELS
THE ORIGINAL YELLOW AND BLACK LABELS ARE IN MAGIFICENT CONDITION . THE JET BLACK BASE COLOUR IS RICH AND VIBRANT AND FULLY STRETCHES INTO THE UNWORN SPINDLE HOLE.IT IS DEEP IN COLOUR AND HAS NO WHITE FLECKS LIKE SOME DO
THE SILVER TYPEFACE IS PERFECTLY LEGIBLE AND UNRUBBED. THE YELLOW LOGO IS IN THE SAME EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. I COUNT 4-5 TINY SPIDER LINES CLOSE TO THE SPINDLE HOLE
THE VINYL
A VERY GLOSSY CONDITION VINYL THAT HAS RETAINED EVERY BIT OF THE ORIGINAL SHEEN, AND LOOKS TOTALLY PERFECT IN DAYLIGHT. UNDER SPOTLIGHTS SIDE ONE LOOKS SUPERB WITH JUST A FEW TINY WISPY HAIRLINES. SIDE TWO IS SIMILAR BUT HAS A LIGHT HANDLING LINE ACROSS TRACK TWO
PLAYING THE RECORD
THE FIRST THING THAT IS APPARENT IS THE INCREDIBLE STEREO MIX. A CLARITY OF SOUND THAT YOU ONLY EVER GOT ON THESE EARLIEST OF BEATLES PRESSINGS.
THE LINKING GROOVES ARE NEAR SILENT. THERE IS NO BACKGROUND CRACKLING WHATSOEVER, ANYWHERE ON ANY TRACK OR ANY OF THE LINKING GROOVES. EVEN THE RUN OUT IS SILENT
NO EMBEDDED VINYL NOISE
NO BACKGROUND CRACKLE
SIDE ONE PLAYS TO NEAR PERFECTION WITH JUST A COUPLE OF MINUSCULE SEMI SECONDS OF BARELY AUDIBLE STATIC HEARD IN A QUIET PASSAGE OT TWO
SIDE TWO PLAYS THE SAME APART FROM TRACK TWO WHERE THERE ARE A FEW VERY LIGHT (BEHIND THE MUSIC) TINY TICS
SO I GRADE THE AUDIO FOR SIDE ONE NEAR MINT AND SIDE TWO EX+
BUT DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, TAKE A LISTEN TO THE LP AND JUDGE IT FOR YOURSELF
THE SLEEVE
GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE SINGLE SLEEVE
STARTING WITH THE FRONT SURFACE. THE LAMINATE GLEAMS LIKE A POLISHED MIRROR AND THERE IS NOT ONE CREASE OR CREASE LINE ON IT ANYWHERE.
THREE OF THE FOUR CORNERS ARE ABSOLUTELY SQUARE WHILST THE TOP LEFT CORNER HAS THE BAREST SLIVER OF RUBBING TO IT,
THERE ARE JUST FOUR SMALL PRESSURE LINES BY THE SPINE. THREE ALONG THE TOP EDGE, THREE ON THE BOTTOM EDGE AND TWO THUMB LINES NEAR THE OPENING EDGE
THE TOP EDGE IS FULLY LAMINATED AND ONLY THE RIGHT CORNER TIP SHOWS A SPECK OF RUB
THE BOTTOM EDGE HAS A LITTLE SPECK OF RUB TO THE CORNER TIPS.
THE SPINE IS NEAR PERFECT TOTALLY UNSQUASHED. ALL OF THE LAMINATE PERFETLY INTACT APART FROM A PIN PRICK OF RUB TO EACH END TIP, AND EVERY LETTER OF THE TYPEFACE PRISTINE!
THE OPENING EDGE IS STILL SHARP WITH JUST A LITTLE FEATHERING
THE REAR SURFACE HAS PERFECT FLIPBACKS
EVERY LETTER OF THE TYPEFACE IS PERFECT.
SOME MILD HANDLING TO THE EDGES
THE ORIGINAL OWNER WRITE THEIR NAME ON THE OPENING EDGE AND THERE IS RED NUMBER 6 UNDER THE TOP EDHE
THE ORIGINAL EMITEX POLY LINED INNER SLEEVE IS IN SUPERB ORIGINAL CONDITION. A COUPLE OF CREASE LINES AND A COUPLE OF LIGHT BROWN FOXING MOTTLES. NO SPLITS
THE SLEEVE GRADES EX+
