Unique gatefold cover features artwork produced by "American Bank Note Company" with silk screened raised ink.

Probably made to look and feel like currency in the old days.

American Bank Note Company credited with copyright on both label and rear bottom of jacket.

Includes custom inner sleeve with 19th century artwork, according cover artwork.
