A Closer Look: Here is another very rare album, this is the long sought after "Old Shep" variation from probably 1957 to 1958 time period. First the cover, this features the very rare text back cover and this cover still close to stone mint, the front is mint, the back is near mint, in super shape. The record is the very rare pressing that contains an alternate version of "Old Shep" where the phrasing is changed a bit in a few places on the track, this is very rare item to find, have only had a handful in many years of searching. The record has the matrix number of 17S/17S on each side which is typical matrix for this rare variation
