COLIN TOWNES: Full Circle (Virgin, V 2093, 1978, LP)
This is still in its overprinted shrink-wrap (which has not stuck to the sleeve laminate) complete with sticker pointing out that Colin was now Gillan's keyboard player. It also has the 49p price sticker, which is the reason that I bought it, that and that it was on Virgin. I didn't like it, so it's been sitting there in outer protective PVC sleeve (not included!) doing nothing since 1981.
Sleeve is near new, thanks to still being in the original shrink-wrap, and I only played the record three times. Once in 1981 and once in about 2007, when I was thinking of selling it first time around. I've just played it to double-check condition. Nothing has changed. It plays at near new, apart from a few light clicks on side 2 that were there when I bought it new. Presumably, that was why it was back in the UK and out at Virgin, Bristol, for 49p (next to piles of French copies of Rainbow Dome Musick on Polydor, also 49p). However, the very short bout of light clicks are not that obtrusive and could easily be removed if digitising. Basically, this is probably the best overall condition copy you will ever see.
*    *    *    * Records generally have hairline marks from going in and out of sleeves - I do not mention these unless they cause audible noise. All records are play tested unless explicitly stated otherwise. Most of the records I am selling play at "Excellent" or "Very Good" as per Record Collector grading. Any specific defects are otherwise described in the listing. Please look at the photos carefully for condition of sleeves/labels.
