I this this may be the green label. I spent a good amount of time looking into it, and that is. My best guess. I bought a collection from a gentleman and this was in there. He had no new records in his collection, meaning newer records, it was a collection that he has. Had for many , many years. There is some breaking of the plastic in the bottom left corner, but not too bad, see pic. You may never see another of this.
