C., and hear a mes- sage in sermon and song from the lips of Bill Stafford. Bro. Bill that night blessed my heart as he both sang and preach- ed. God through him that night lifted us up above the cares of this life and we saw a resurrected Saviour who is able to meet our every need. Since then, because of our relationship to the Lord Jesus, Bro. Bill and I have had a blessed fellowship with one an- other. I have seen God’s hand upon the ministry of this man as God has broken him; and, as a result, has abundantly blessed and used him. We have prayed together, cried to- gether, and shouted together over the glorious provisions which are ours through Christ Jesus. There are many men who have a knowledge of the Word of God, but there are few men who can convey with dynamic power the reality of the living Word as this man does. Bro. Bill has a unique way of not only singing before he preaches, but while he preaches. His ministry in song, as well as sermon, has blessed the hearts of hundreds of people across the country. The songs he has chosen to sing on this album I believe are the best and will thrill your heart, as they have mine. I am sure that all of you who purchase this album will agree with me that this man’s life and ministry can be summed up in one of the songs he sings, “Thanks to Calvary”. Be- cause of Calvary, Bro.
