Original First US mono pressing with black RCA Victor labels with dog on top, silver print and "LONG PLAY" on label bottom. Verified by matrix runout to be Indianapolis pressing.
All records are taken out of original outer and inner sleeves, new inner sleeve is used if needed, then put in a plastic outer sleeve, sandwiched between 2 cardboard pieces and packaged in a 13 x 13 x 1 - 4 inch box.
