We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, or EMS for expedited shipping with a tracking number.

We usually ship within10 business days after confirming payment.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first before sending it back. 

Return can only made if the condition of the item does not match the description.

All returned items must be in their original condition.

If you are requesting a refund or return, we may ask you to take photos of the item to ensure that it matches our record. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.   

We do not declare the item value below your purchasing price, or mark the item as gift. International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please also note that if an item is returned to us due to customs duties not being paid, we will issue a refund for the item, but will not refund the original shipping costs.

Please ensure that your postal address is correct to avoid any delays or return of the package.

We will not refund items that are returned due to the wrong address or custom issues.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns for any reason, but the item must be in unopened condition and must be sent back within 5days of receipt of the package.

Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you to arrange a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that postage is not refundable.

If you received the wrong item, please let us know, and we will exchange it for the proper item. In this case, we will cover the cost of shipping.

If the item is returned to us as unclaimed, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
