Original thick card printed inner sleeve.
The catalogue number is MCF3426 with A-1U-1-4 and B-1U-1-1 matrix.
The disc is VG, it has superficial non feelable surface lines mainly from storage in the stiff inner sleeve.
The cover is VG+, very light agewear.
The inner sleeve is fully intact.
