New and sealed, but it's been in a box a long time so please look at the photos if you are a perfectionist! From the collection of an industry insider, so it is a promo copy (note the notch near the top right... it's a feature, not a bug) because that's how that industry works. While I have not seen the actual vinyl, since the opening is left for you, I cannot swear to it but I have it on good authority (like other people's postings) that the vinyl is blue. This one is priced to move, so it The King moves you, you might want to move on this... Like everything else at Authentic Rock Collectibles, at least for the next few days of holiday season remaining, it comes with a free CD of John Lennon's Xmas radio show of 2001, and shipping in the US is free.
BTW, the UPC number is 07863554181 as you can see in the photo - for some reason it will not stay in the field when I save it although it will take the word, none.
