- Due to the nature of the product, slight creases, edge impressions, or splits may occur on the cover, and the inner sleeve may experience tearing due to contact with the disc. It is recommended to check the product before opening, as opened items with external defects may be difficult to return or exchange.

- Turntable skipping is often a result of improper tonearm and tracking force settings rather than a disc defect. Users of all-in-one turntables without adjustable settings are advised to play the record on a different turntable with adjustable settings. Returns or exchanges are not possible for playback issues caused by device problems.

- Minor scratches or slight warping on the disc surface may occur during the production process. If these do not affect playback, they are not eligible for exchange or return.

- The center hole diameter and label attachment may not be perfectly smooth due to unavoidable production reasons, making exchange or return difficult.

- Surface dust or fine foreign particles on the needle may cause noise. After cleaning with a dedicated cleaning product, please check the condition of the record.

- Damage to the outer plastic wrap or tearing of attached promotional stickers are not eligible for exchange or return.

- Most products manufactured or imported in Japan are packaged in open-type vinyl wrapping.

- Color vinyl may exhibit color variations or spots (stains) due to the mixing of dyes during the production process. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange or return.

- Download vouchers are subject to expiration without prior notice. The absence of a voucher is not a valid reason for exchange or return.
