SEALED RECORD ALBUM: MT-/ EXC+ Quite solid and intact structure around the edges and corners of cover with no seam splits or cut-outs, and the vast majority of the surface area front and back is clean, white, and bright, and with just a stain in one area (as seen in photo) being the only notable flaw, but keeping the cover from a higher (Near Mint) grade.
