Their out-reach is not limited to young people within the establishment only I remember one night in Atlanta, while serving as Chaplain of the "Strip” (the hippie community), I saw a motorcycle gang member fall on his knees and beg God's forgiveness during the second verse of "Jesus Is Coming Soon!” Recently, I took a group of young people from our church to hear THE INSPIRATIONS in Orlando, Florida They had never before been to a Gospel Sing. During the performances of the first three groups, our young people were really enjoying themselves. They laughed at the funny antics and ' commented on how talented the groups were THEN CAME THE INSPIRATIONS!!! Suddenly, these teenagers were crying and rejoicing They were being drawn closer to the Savior than they had ever been since the day He saved them Our young people suddenly realized that their rock 'n' roll music was not as appealing as it had once been. Finally, they were understanding what Paul meant when he said to do everything "to the glory of God " Our group will never be the same after that night These are THE INSPIRATIONS They have caused the entire Gospel Music industry to take a second look at John 3:30— He must increase, but I must decrease " Listen to them.
