This is an original 1989 UK LP of Lowlife's "Godhead," The record is in near mint condition and has never been played, though it is not sealed. The black vinyl LP comes in a sleeve and inner graded as VG+ as although it's b new the sleeve and inner have a small dink / crease in one corner
