-Because of the specifications of the product, minor wrinkles, corner presses, or cracks may occur on the cover, and the inner paper may crack due to contact with the disk.

- The splashing phenomenon of the product is mostly caused by the lack of proper setting of tone arm and acupuncture pressure, not disk defects. Users of the all-in-one turntable without adjustment function should play on another turntable that can be set. You cannot exchange or return defective reproduction caused by a device problem.

- If the center hole's caliber/label attachment is not smooth, exchange or return may be difficult because it may inevitably occur in production.

- There is often noise due to dust or fine foreign substances on the needle, so please check the condition of the record after cleaning with a dedicated cleaning product.

- Reasons such as broken plastic packaging, torn or fallen marks on advertising stickers are not eligible for exchange and return.

- Most of the products manufactured and imported from Japan are open-type plastic packaging

- Color vinyl may cause color differences or spots (stains) in the manufacturing process of mixing dyes. It is not defective and is not subject to exchange or return.
