The cover is very close to VG+ with only 1 corner bent a bit, as you can see in the pic.

The record

The record its self is VG+ with two very light marks that do not effect the play at all.

Audio

The record has been ultra sonic cleaned

And sounds great.

THERE IS HOWEVER a hissing noise on side 1 track 1, which comes and goes but is only on that track, and NO WHERE ELSE ON THE RECORD.

Apart from that, I would grade the audio of the record as VG+.
