Vinyl has been visually inspected and there are no major scratches or scores, could use a clean as it has attracted some dust.

Cover is in excellent condition with no major rips or tears.

Christmas card is also in excellent condition

Item was bought by myself and carefully stored in my own collection.

The item was stored in a protective sealable PVC Sleeve.

Stored away from direct sunlight in a pet and smoke free home.
