A superb example of this rare original push out centre copy. Initially released in 1968 on the Apple records label: R 5722. Both labels have the "sold in UK..." text and the "KT" purchase tax code appears on the "Revolution" side and in both run-outs.

Stampers: 5 KT TPG & 5  KT GAR
The disc is housed within a repro Apple  records company sleeve which is clean and intact with moderate creasing and general age and storage wear.
