You are bidding on 33 RPM album, produced by Lloyd Norlin Music - a local music retailer in the Chicago area, titled "Songs of KAO: Songs and Serenades of Kappa Alpha Theta & Men's Fraternity Songs". There are no artists named on this album, which is also undated. 
The first side consists of eight songs of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, sung by a female chorus, and the other side has eight Fraternity Songs, sung by various men's choruses.
This is a private pressing from the North Shore of Chicago, and was recorded to raise money for the Evanston and North Shore Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. 
The record is clean and shiny, with virtually no surface marks of any kind. The cover is in excellent condition.
