1970 repress in a gatefold sleeve.
A-side label has the large hypnotic Vertigo swirl.
B-side label has a small "swirl" logo and "VERTIGO" above spindle hole on side B label.
The original VERTIGO "swirl" polylined inner sleeve is not present. Record is in an old, plain, tidy polylined sleeve.
"Produced by Roger Bain of Tuesday Productions, for Tony Hall Enterprises" on gatefold.
Tracklisting on sleeve has "Evil Woman, Don't Play Your Games With Me" but just "Evil Woman" on the label.
Possible unusual matrix number (stamped);
Matrix / Runout Side A: VO 6 1Y ✻ 1 420 12 22
Matrix / Runout Side B: VO 6 2Y // 2▽420 1 1 1
CONDITION:
Gatefold sleeve - VG+. Clean, slight wear to edges, some bumping to corners, slightly bent spine which offsets front and rear halves of gatefold. Overall very presentable.
Some spindle marks, B-side label has a little soiling.
Vinyl - VG. Well played and there are light marks/scuffs/scratches, so low level noise throughout. However there are hardly any major pops and clicks and certainly no skips. Still an enjoyable listen.
I am listing this great record (one of the first I ever owned) with NO RESERVE!
Free shipping in the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not "sight-test" records and list with comments like "vinyl looks to be in good condition". This is because a disc can look perfect but still have surface noise throughout (as I've found on too many occasions). All my records are played from start to finish on a fairly unforgiving Sansui deck fitted with an Ortofon cartridge and stylus.
