The vinyl is technically NEW. It looks like it's been a little used during the shipping process. There are some creases on the jacket, the sticker is on the wrong side of the sleeve, and on the top right of the seal it looks to have been folded up at one point. So basically, selling it at a discount due to damage. On sleeve and jacket.
